Student Grievance Redressal Committee
Presidency Law College has constituted a Student Grievance Redressal Committee to provide a fair, transparent, accessible, and effective mechanism for addressing student grievances. The Committee deals with concerns related to academics, examinations, attendance, fees, scholarships, library facilities, administration, discrimination, and other student welfare matters.
Objective, Confidentiality & Support
It ensures that every genuine complaint is examined objectively, with an opportunity for concerned students to present their views, and that appropriate corrective measures are recommended within a reasonable timeframe. The College maintains confidentiality wherever appropriate and encourages students to raise their concerns without fear of victimisation, thereby promoting a safe, respectful, and student-friendly academic environment.
